1 lb beef forcemeat 2/3 lb grated cheese 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 egg vegetable mix (cabbage, onion, tomatoes, carrot, beans) 2 tbsp olive oil salt, pound black pepper to taste | Directions: Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, add an egg.
Salt the forcemeat, pepper and stir up. Put the forcemeat in greased mold, scatter over vegetables, pour over sour cream, season with cheese and bake until done.
Before serving, Take the baking out of the mold, cut into portions and top with greens. |
