Boil chicken wings for 15 minutes until half ready. Drain the liquid and place the wings on the platter.
Mix soy sauce and oil, white wine, garlic, ginger and salt, pour the marinade on the wings and marinate for 1 hour, then drain the marinade.
Prepared wings fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes until crisp and golden. Take the wings off and let the oil drain.
Bring chicken stock to a boil, put fried chicken wings, add chopped spring onion, left marinade and soy sauce and poach for 15 minutes. Add diluted in little water starch and bring to a boil.
