1/2 lb (250 gm) hake fillet 1 tbsp corn wheat flour 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp white wine 1/2 tsp sugar 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil salt, ground black peppercorn to taste lettuce | Directions: Mince hake fillet, mix it with wheat flour, egg yolk, salt, pepper, ½ tablespoon vegetable oil, soy sauce and wine. Beat egg white with sugar and pour in the fish mass.
Shape flat cakes and fry them in vegetable oil on both sides until crisp and golden and cut into chunks when ready.
Serve on lettuce leaves. |
