1/2 lb (250 gm) green beans
3 potatoes
3 tomatoeses
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp curry powder
1 lemon juice
salt to taste
Directions:
Chop onion and garlic and fry in vegetable oil. Add curry powder and warm up for 3 minutes over a low heat.

Cut tomatoes and beans into chunks, blend with onion and garlic, stew until the beans are ready, then add diced finely potato and stew until ready. At the end of the stewing season the curry with salt and lemon juice.

Serve vegetable curry hot.
