2 lb plums
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp pound cardamom
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 cup *oat flakes
Directions:
Peel prunes and slice, put in a mold, add some water and powdered sugar. Simmer until soften.

Then mix with flakes, butter, cardamom, sugar and nuts. Stir up and put over the prunes. Bake for 10 minutes.

When serving, top the dish with whisked cream.
