Products Needed:
1 lb (500 gm) mutton 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp curry powder 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp tomato paste 1/2 cup yoghurt salt to taste lettuce

Directions: Chop onion and garlic finely, fry in vegetable oil until golden. Add curry powder, warm over a low heat for 2-3 minutes, add tomato paste. Stir-fry for several minutes, add ground meat then, yogurt, season with salt and stew until ready.
Serve with lettuce leaves. Side the curry with boiled rice.
