Wash thawed shrimps, plunge in salted boiling water. Boil for 3-4 minutes since boiling starts, then cool and shell.
Wash thawed squid, clean, plunge in salted boiling water and boil for 3 minutes.
To make dressing, mix mayonnaise with soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper and greens, season with salt and stir.
Cut krill meat, shrimps and squid, put on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve the prepared dressing separately.
