Products Needed:
7 oz (200 gm) salmon fillet
3 1/2 oz (100 g) cheese
tomatoeses
1 pickled cucumber
1 apples
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp olives
salt, ground black peppercorn to taste
parsley greens
Directions:

Cut salmon fillet into chunks, season with salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil until golden.

Dice washed tomatoes, cucumber and apple, mix and put in salad plates. Put salmon chunks and diced cheese on vegetables.

Top the salad with lemon slices, olives and greens. Pour mayonnaise mixed with soy sauce beside.
