2 lb (1 kg) cod
2 cups buttermilk
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp ground red peppercorn
1 tsp ground curcuma
1 lemon
2 tbsp olives
1 tbsp lemon juice
3-4 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
parsley greens
Directions:
Scale and clean cod, remove plucks, wash, dry, rub with curry powder, heat in buttermilk and let stay in warm place for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the prepared cod with lemon juice, add little water, sprinkle with red pepper and stew for 10 minutes.

Put the ready fish on a plate, pour with came out stewing juice mixed with salt, the rest lemon juice, curcuma and melted butter. Garnish with chopped greens, lemon slices and olives.
