Products Needed:
1 lb plums 4 oz chopped almonds 6 oz chocolate 5 oz sugar 1/2 cup cream 1/2 lb cottage cheese 2 tbsp orange juice 4 oz meringues 1 orange grated zest

Directions: 1. Melt chocolate in water bath, add almonds and crumbly meringues, stir up.
2. Leave 6 prunes for decoration, cut the remaining prunes. Mix ½ cup of water with a half of sugar, bring stirring to boil, add prunes and cook for 20 minutes. Cool.
3. Mash cottage cheese with the remaining sugar, add a part of zest and orange juice. Whisk cream and add to the cottage cheese.
4. Put a layer of cottage cheese cream in glasses, scatter over prunes, then — chocolate, top the dessert with prunes and zest.
