1. Whisk butter with sugar. Add whisking egg yolks, then put a half of coconut flakes, add flour, baking powder and a part of cherries.
2. Whisk egg whites and add to prepared batter.
3. Put the mass in greased mold (over ring form), bake over 340°F until done. Cool the cake and remove from the mold.
4. Brush the cake with jam, season with coconut flakes and top with cherries.
