1. Cut off zest from 2 oranges, divide them into segments, sprinkle with cognac and season with powdered sugar. Cut the remaining oranges with peel into circles.
2. Mash cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with sweetened condensed milk. Add whisked cream and whisk until homogeneous.
3. When serving, put prepared cream through the pastry bag over orange circles. Top the dessert with orange and tangerine segments, red currants and season with grated zest.
