1. Pit apricots, pour them with 4 cups of hot water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
2. Mash apricots with the broth, add sugar and citric acid. Cook through the mass until sugar dissolves, pour stirring starch, bring to boil and cool.
3. Whisk cream with powdered sugar.
4. Leave some chocolate pieces for decoration, grate the remaining part.
5. Pour prepared kissel in glasses, then put whisked cream, season all with grated chocolate. Top the dessert with chocolate pieces.
