3 oz (75 g) sorrel
3 oz (75 g) spinach
1 boiled potato
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 cucumber
dill greens
1 boiled egg
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tsp sugar
salt
Directions:
– Cut potato and cucumber into cubes.

– Cut the sorrel and spinach into stripes and boil separately until ready, cool, press through a sieve, stir in 1 cup of cold boiled water, add the potato, cucumber, spring onion, sugar and salt.

– Add the sour cream, half of the egg and sprinkle with the chopped dill.
