Products Needed:
1 lb (500 g) Brussels sprouts 3 tbsp butter 2 tomatoeses 2 tbsp ground cheese 2 tbsp breadcrubms parsley greens salt

Directions: – Slice the tomatoes.
- Put the sprout heads into a boiling salted water, add some butter and boil until half-ready.
- Put the Brussels sprout into a buttered and crumbed pan. Cover with the tomato slices, sprinkle with bread-crumb and ground cheese, then put thin butter slices and bake in oven until crisp.
- Garnish with the parsley when serving.
