1 head white cabbage
1/2 lb (300 g) fresh mushrooms
2 onions
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp vegetable oil
dill and parsley greens
salt
Directions:
– Remove the upper leaves and the cabbage stump, put into boiling water for 5 minutes, separate the leaves, cut off the heavy side of the leaves

– Cut the mushrooms, mix with the fried onion, salt and sauté, wrap the stuffing in the cabbage leaves.

– Fry the stuffed cabbage in margarine, put in a brazier, cover with the sour cream and steam covered for 30-40 minutes.
