Products Needed:
7 oz (200 gm) green beans, tinned 4 tbsp green peas, tinned 2 oz (50 gm) spring onion 1 pickled sweet pepper 1 egg, boiled 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp soy sauce salt to taste lettuce parsley greens

Directions: Cut beans and sweet pepper into small chunks, combine with green peas and chopped onion.
Dress the salad with olive oil, soy sauce and salt, stir and put on lettuce leaves.
Serve cool, garnish with egg slices and greens.
