Fry chopped onion in butter, add curcuma and heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add finely cut meat, pour a little water and stew, covered, for 40 minutes.
Add chopped spinach, ginger, coriander, caraway seeds, yogurt, salt, pepper. Stir and stew, covered, for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time and adding water if necessary.
Boiled rice could be as a side dish.
