Products Needed:
3 cups wheat flour 1/2 lb (250 gm) margarine 2 tbsp compressed yeast 1 cup milk 4 tbsp cheese, grated 1/2 tsp ground caraway seeds 1 egg 1 tsp salt

Directions: Sift flour, add cut cooled margarine, grated cheese, caraway seeds and chop. Add dissolved in milk yeast gradually, knead soft dough, shape it into a ball and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Roll the dough 4/5 inch (2 cm) thick, cut into stripes 3 inches (8 cm) long, put them on greased with left margarine and dusted with flour baking tray, let the sticks stay for 20 minutes.
Brush the sticks with beaten egg with salt and bake in preheated to 390oF (200oC) oven for 10-15 minutes until golden.
