Products Needed:
1 lb (500 g) vegetable marrows 3 tbsp ground cheese 3 tbsp vegetable oil 1 onion 1 hard-boiled egg 1 cup tomato sauce 1-2 tbsp butter salt dill greens

Directions: – Peel the marrow, dice and fry in butter with the chopped onion.
– Dress the marrow with the tomato sauce, salt, sprinkle with the chopped egg and ground cheese, oil and bake for 10 minutes.
– Garnish with the dill when serving
