Products Needed:
2 small vegetable marrowss 4 onions 4 tomatoeses potato 1 clove garlic 3 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 cup dry white wine 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped a dash thyme and tarragon, dried dill greens salt ground pepper

Directions: – Cut the onion coarse, cut tomatoes in 4 or 8 parts.
– Slice the peeled potatoes and vegetable marrow.
– Sauté the chopped garlic, onion and marrow for 10 minutes. Add wine, salt, pepper, thyme and tarragon and stew for 2 minutes.
- When serving sprinkle with the basil and garnish with the greens.
