2 lb (1 kg) vegetable marrows
5 tbsp butter
5 oz (150 g) fresh mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
1 onion
parsley and dill greens
ground pepper
salt
broth
Directions:
– Cut the peeled marrows in cylinders and remove part of the pulp and seeds. Put the marrows into boiling water for 10-15 minutes.

– Mash the marrow pulp and combine with the fine chopped mushrooms and parsley. Add fried onion, salt, pepper and fry until ready.

– Fill the marrows with the stuffing, pour some broth and sauté until tender.

- When serving dress with the sour cream and garnish with the greens.
