– Cut the peeled marrows in cylinders and remove part of the pulp and seeds. Put the marrows into boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
– Mash the marrow pulp and combine with the fine chopped mushrooms and parsley. Add fried onion, salt, pepper and fry until ready.
– Fill the marrows with the stuffing, pour some broth and sauté until tender.
