To make marinade, mix yogurt, ginger and salt. Dice meat and put in marinade for 1 hour.
Fry the prepared meat and 1 chopped onion in half of the butter or margarine, sprinkle with coriander, pour ½ cup water and stew over low heat until liquid evaporates. Add cinnamon, cloves, mix and stew for 5 minutes.
Peel the rest onion and boil in a whole for 10 minutes, cut into chunks.
Thread the stewed meat and onion chunks in turns on a skewers, sprinkle with curry powder and fry on each side in the rest of vegetable oil.
Serve the meat hot, topped with boiled eggs chunks and greens. Rice could be served as side-dish.
