1 lb (400 g) mushrooms
3 potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 onion
salt
ground pepper
bay leaf
parsley and dill greens
Directions:
- Sort out, peel and rinse the mushrooms, put them into boiling water for 5-6 minutes, strain with colander, slice, fry in part of the butter, put into a stew-pan and cover with the sour cream.

– Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper and bay leaf to the mushrooms and stew for 5-7 minutes.

– Peel the potatoes, slice, fry, mix with the fried onion, combine with the mushrooms and stew until ready. Sprinkle with the greens when serving.
