Products Needed:
8 tbsp boiled rice 1/3 lb (160 gm) lettuce leaves 1 sweet pepper 2 tbsp olive oil salt, ground black peppercorn and 6% vinegar to taste

Directions: Shred washed lettuce and sweet pepper.
Combine the prepared vegetables with rice and season with black pepper, vinegar, oil and salt.
Serve the salad chilled.
