1 lb (500 gm) turkey
1 onion
1/2 lb (250 gm) fresh field mushrooms
1/2 tsp ground coriander seeds
4 tomatoeses, tinned
soybean sprouts
3 tbsp vegetable oil (soy)
salt, ground black peppercorn to taste
basil greens
Directions:
Fry diced turkey fillet in heated oil, season with salt, pepper, add coriander and diced onion.

Cut washed and peeled field mushrooms into quarters, mix with cut tomatoes with the brine, add with turkey and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes, covered, over low heat.

Blend washed soy beans with the rest of the products and stew for 10 minutes.

Top the ragout with greens while serving.
