8 tbsp rice
3 oz (80 gm) asparagus
1 sweet pepper
1 apples
1/2 cup mayonnaise
parsley greens
salt
Directions:
Wash rice, boil it in salted water, cast in a colander and cool.

Wash and clean asparagus, boil it and shred. Slice peeled and cored apple. Clean sweet pepper, bake it and cut into strips.

Combine the prepared products carefully, dress with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper.

Top the salad with greens while serving.
