1/2 cup rice
2 eggs
1/2 cup curry sauce to taste
parsley greens
Directions:

Sort out and wash rice, add it to a large amount of salted boiling water. Bring to a boil, stirring, and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Cast the rice in a colander, then warm in an oven.

Put hot rice on a serving platter, top with boiled, peeled and cut into halves eggs.

Cover the eggs with rice with curry sauce while serving.
