7 oz (200 gm) sea perch
1/2 cup rice
1 boiled egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup curry sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
to taste salt
parsley and dill greens
Directions:
Boil prepared fish in a little water, then skin and bone the fish, mash the fish fillet with a fork.

Boil rice until ready and cast in a colander. Chop egg.

Combine the prepared products, fry them in butter, season with salt and lemon juice.

Serve the dish hot, topped with greens. Serve Curry Sauce separately in a sauce filler.

i love kedgery, for all those mentallists who are wary whether or not to try it...DEFINATELY DO. It is such a tantalising blend of delicious ingredients, it is the perfect dish for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. i was once a kedgery virgin but have never looked back from that first speical, sensual and taste explosion of a moment when i finally gave in to the temptation of kedgery. I am now an official kedgery nut!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can i also recommend, i am aware that the above recipe says ONE boiled egg, but the experience is so much more momentous with in fact TWO.
