Products Needed:
2 lb sardines 1 cup wheat flour butter for frying Marinade: 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 bunch parsley greens juice of 1 lemon 1/2 tsp ground red pepper 1/2 tbsp caraway seeds ground black pepper

Directions: Clean fish, take out the bones.
To prepare the marinade, chop onion and garlic, mash with greens, add spices, mash again and pour lemon juice. Pour fish with prepared marinade, stir and leave for 1 hour.
Cover marinated fish with flour and fry in butter.
