Products Needed:
3/4 lb (320 gm) artichokess, tinned 5 slices wheat bread 1 cup milk onion 1 clove garlic 1/3 lb (150 gm) fat with meat strings 1 tbsp butter lemon juice salt to taste 4 leaves sage

Directions: Dice onion and fat. Mince garlic. Wash and chop sage.
Mix the prepared products, season with salt and put in greased baking pan.
Put cut artichokes over the onion and fat, soaked in milk bread, grated cool butter, pour with lemon juice.
Bake in preheated oven until ready. Serve hot.
