1 cup walnuts or almonds
1 cup honey
6 tbsp powdered sugar
1 pack (7 oz ) biscuits or wafers
2 egg whites
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
a dash of vanillin
salt to taste
Directions:
Beat egg whites with salt and lemon juice until stiff foam. Add sugar and vanillin, stir and cool.

Heat honey and sugar powder. Add chopped nuts gradually, fold in beaten whites, stir.

Spread half of the biscuits or wafers with a layer of the prepared mass, cover with the rest biscuits or wafers and dry in cool place for 2 days.
