Cut potato in quarters and put on greased baking tray. Season with salt and caraway seeds and baked in preheated to 390
oF (200
oC) oven for 30-40 minutes.
Wash parsley, dry it and chop. Mince garlic. Beat eggs, add parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and stir. Dip washed chicken fillet in the prepared mixture and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve the fried fillet with the baked potato, garnish with greens.
