Products Needed:
1 cup walnuts 6 tbsp butter 1 cup sugar 2 cups milk 1 tbsp corn starch 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions: Dilute starch with little cool milk. Mix the rest milk with sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Cut walnut kernels into halves and fry in butter until dark brown. Pour the nuts with milk syrup and poach, covered, over low heat. Add the diluted starch, stir and bring to a boil. Pour the mass in ramekins and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve hot.
