Products Needed:
1 1/2 lb (740 gm) mutton fillet 1/3 lb (150 gm) fresh mushrooms 16 small tomatoeses 1 red and green sweet pepper, each 2 cucumbers 2-3 onions or leek parsley greens

Directions: Cut the meat into cubes. Clean and wash mushrooms. Remove seeds and stems off the sweet pepper and cut the pepper into squares.
Thread the prepared products on 8 skewers, meat in turns with mushrooms, sweet pepper and half of the tomatoes. Grill over hot coals for about 15 minutes, spinning from time to time.
Serve with greens, cut onion, cucumbers and the rest of tomatoes.
