Products Needed:
4 cups cream 5 egg yolks 1 cup honey 3 egg whites 1/2 cup pistachios 1/3 cup almonds

Directions: Poach 2 cups of cream over low heat without boiling it, add slightly beaten egg yolks and continue poaching, stirring, until the mass sticks to spoon. Remove from heat, fold with honey, cool.
Whip the rest cream, blend with the mass, then add egg yolks, chopped nuts, mix and freeze.
Shape balls of the ready ice cream before serving.
