Products Needed:
8 lamb chops 1 onion 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp thyme greens, chopped salt parsley greens

Directions: Peel and grate onion, season with salt and let stay for 10 minutes, then wring out juice and mix the juice with olive oil.
Rub the chops with the mix on both sides, sprinkle with chopped thyme amply and fry for 5 minutes on both sides.
Put the ready chops on a serving platter and garnish with greens.
