Cut washed and peeled carrot into strips 5 cm long. Cut peeled onion into 8 parts. Shred washed spring onion. Wash and dry lettuce.
Put onion, spring onion and carrot on a bottom of a pan, over there put lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle meat with lemon juice, cut into coarse chunks. Add butter, sugar, salt, pour with ½ cup water, cover and braise over low heat for 2 hours until the meat softens. Add dill and braise for 5 minutes.
Serve the meat hot. Before serving put several lettuce leaves on each plate and meat chunks over there.
