Products Needed:
1 3/4 lb (800 gm) pork 3 1/2 oz (100 gm) spring onion 1 onion 1 carrot 2 oz (50 gm) lettuce 1/2 lemon juice 2 tbsp butter 1/2 tbsp sugar 4 tbsp parsley greens, chopped salt to taste

Directions: Cut washed and peeled carrot into strips 5 cm long. Cut peeled onion into 8 parts. Shred washed spring onion. Wash and dry lettuce.
Put onion, spring onion and carrot on a bottom of a pan, over there put lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle meat with lemon juice, cut into coarse chunks. Add butter, sugar, salt, pour with ½ cup water, cover and braise over low heat for 2 hours until the meat softens. Add dill and braise for 5 minutes.
Serve the meat hot. Before serving put several lettuce leaves on each plate and meat chunks over there.
