Make butter of the eggs, salt and flour, roll it and cut into fine strips. Dry the prepared noodles in the open air, then golden in preheated oven. Add melted butter, stir and heat in an oven.
Cook syrup of 1 ½ cup water and sugar. Cover the noodles with the syrup and place in an oven again. When noodles absorb all the syrup, turn it into the mold and cool.
Cut the pastry into small squares, put them on a platter and garnish with whip cream with sugar powder.
