Products Needed:
6-8 potatoes
1 lb ground meat
1 onion
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable stock
salt, black pound pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley greens
Directions:

Cook potatoes in skin. Then peel and cut into circles.

Add chopped onion, egg, salt and pepper in the forcemeat, then add 3 tbsp of water and stir up.

Grease the mold and put meat, shaping a ring. Then put potatoes in the center of the ring, season with greens. Pour all with stock and bake for 35 minutes until golden crust.

When serving, top the dish with parsley greens.
