Products Needed:
2 cups wheat wheat flour 7 oz (200 gm) butter 3 1/2 oz (100 gm) cheese 3 egg yolks 1 tsp heavy sour cream 30 olives without stones 30 almonds (kernels) salt to taste

Directions: Cut cool butter with flour, add egg yolks, sour cream, salt, grated cheese and knead stiff dough. Make walnut size balls of the dough.
Insert an almond kernel in each olive. Press an olive in each dough ball, put them on a greased baking tray and bake in preheated to 360oF (180oC) oven for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Fit each ready balls on a skewer and put on a serving platter.
