Products Needed:
1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp chopped parsley greens black pound pepper, salt to taste 2 lb flesh mutton 4 tbsp vinegar

Directions: Mix vinegar with garlic, parsley greens and a dollop of water. Bring the sauce to boil.
Cut meat into portion pieces and cover with flour. Heat oil and fry meat until brown crusts. Cover with the sauce, bring to boil and stew until done.
When serving, garnish the meat with parsley greens and vegetables.
