Cut oranges into halves, take the pulp out and mash it through a sieve.
Mix prepared puree with sugar and cook through, then add melted gelatin and cool a little.
Whisk egg yolks with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk egg whites, mix with the yolks and add to the orange mass. Add chopped nuts and stir up.
Fill in the orange halves with prepared mass and cool until they firm up.
When serving, cut stuffed oranges into slices and top with whisked cream.
