short 1 lb (400 g) radish
3 carrots
1 onion
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
greens
Directions:

Wash and peel radish and carrot, cut into thin stripes, add salt and let stay for 5-10 min. Wring the liquid slightly from the vegetables, add shredded onion, sugar, pour in heated vegetable oil, stir.

Decorate with green while serving.
