7 oz eggplants
2 oz cooked mutton
2 tsp cooked rice
1 oz onion
1/5 egg
1 tsp cheese
vegetable oil
salt
Directions:
Cut along eggplants into halves, score the pulp.

Fry in oil, seam down. Then take the pulp out by a spoon, mix with stewed onion, cooked rice and cooked mutton. Fill in the eggplants halves with prepared mixture, season with grated cheese, sprinkle with oil and bake in oven.
