Products Needed:
3 1/2 oz (100 gm) fried chicken fillet 1 cucumber 1 red sweet pepper 1 oz (30 gm) lettuce 1 egg 3 tbsp green peas, tinned 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tomatoes salt to taste dill and parsley greens

Directions: Cut chicken fillet into thin slices.
Shred cucumber, sweet pepper, lettuce and boiled egg, combine with fillet, green peas, season with salt and dress with mayonnaise, stir.
Garnish the salad with greens, sliced tomato and peas.
