2 lb (1 kg) sweet pepper
½ lb (300 g) brynza
2 eggs
5 tbsp butter
4 tbsp wheat flour or bread-crumbs
salt
parsley greens
lettuce
Directions:
– Bake the large peppers. Skin them, remove seeds and chop finely.

– Mix ground brynza, the eggs and parsley greens.

– Combine the paste with the peppers and mix well. Form round and slightly flattened cakes, flour or bread-crumbs crumb, sauté until golden.

– Place on lettuce and serve.
