Products Needed:
1 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup corn flour 2/3 oz (20 gm) compressed yeast 1 tsp pound caraway seeds 1 tsp salt 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 egg yolk 2 tbsp cream 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions: Dilute yeast in 1 cup of water, add salt, pound caraway seeds, butter and flour. Knead dough and let it sit in warm place for 2 hours.
Roll out the dough in flat cake, place it on covered with wax paper and greased baking tray, brush with beaten egg yolk with cream, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated to 360oF (180oC) oven for 20 minutes.
Serve the cake with brynza or vegetable salad.
