Soak beans in water for 2-3 hours, then cook until ready.
Wash green beans, cut into pieces 1-1 1/2 inch (3-4 cm) long and boil for 5 minutes.
To make sauce, sautee flour in vegetable oil, dilute in bouillon, stir and season with salt.
Combine all beans, dress with the prepared sauce and bring to a boil.
Serve as a separate course or as side-dish with meat.
